Due to the number of so-called “transfer of risk” operations, leasing companies, rental companies, the automotive trade, fleet operators, vehicle hauliers and expert organisations in particular require an electronic medium with which to record the condition of a vehicle digitally. Objective

AuDaConINSPECT has been developed both for use as a stand-alone application, and for integration into existing systems, such as administration and order-processing solutions.

AuDaConINSPECT demonstrates its strengths not only in recording the condition of vehicles during all transfers of risk, but also in check-in and check-out procedures at dealerships, workshops or vehicle rental companies. On the one hand the multi-part overall application covers the organisation and administration of condition protocols and on the other the actual digital and systemised data recording, including printout.

The PMT (Protocol Management Tool) and the mobile system combine individuality and systematisation in a unique application, covering practically every requirement when it comes to assessing the condition of a vehicle.

Organisation, administration, synchronisation

With the PMT, the creation and synchronisation of standardised protocol becomes child’s play. All orders for the recording of vehicle conditions can be easily transferred to the mobile device. Protocols can be supplemented with the basic order information in order to make the process even more efficient.

Flexible use of the digital data

The recorded data can be further processed in various ways; for example in a digital file by inputting the electronically recorded vehicle condition into an online marketplace; for archiving the paper report with an original signature; or for calculating the corresponding damages in accordance with the agreed rules.
