areas relating to cars, transporters and commercial vehicles. We support both
you and your customers in setting values, technical data, fault diagnosis, set
value tables, repair instructions, wiring diagrams, installation instructions
and in many other areas.

The actual extent of all support services is defined
on the basis of clear agreements with the client, and an individually developed
business model.
Amongst other things this includes definitions on the
customer group to have access authorisation, and their identification. The
means of communicating the solutions to the customer (fax, telephone, e-mail)
are also defined and agreed. The method of supplying the assessments to the
client is specified. In parallel with this process comes the installation and
setup of the hardware and software (own telephone number, fax, e-mail access).
AuDaConEXPERT Premium-Line
The Premium-Line is an open hotline to workshops. Here
the workshop can obtain direct contact to the AuDaConEXPERT team. The team directly answers all technical inquiries relating to cars,
transporters and commercial vehicles.
AuDaConEXPERT Product-Line
The Product-Line includes the product portfolio of the
customer in the support. The range of services available extends from the
technical hotline through to sales support. The detailed assessments are
tailored to meet the needs of the client.
AuDaConEXPERT Customer-Line
The Customer-Line is directed at the client and his
needs.
Product- and/or service-related technical questions
are answered, and pre-defined assistance is provided. The AuDaCon AG EXPERT team also provides support
in the fault diagnosis of specific problems of the user group, and also helps
in the research of data and information.
