Anyone who wants to comprehensively assess, analyse and compare the costs of a vehicle must take into account not only the purchase price and the residual value, but also the complete lifecycle costs of the vehicle at every stage.

With AuDaConCOO (Cost of Ownership), AuDaCon AG offers fleet operators, leasing companies and manufacturers the capability to incorporate all vehicle-related costs from the time of purchase to disposal of the vehicle into their calculations.

The basis for the cost-of-ownership calculations are the comprehensive technical vehicle data structures provided by AuDaCon AG without national restrictions. The data source for the new system is the comprehensive AuDaConAIS database, which is available in independent versions for both cars and commercial vehicles.

AuDaConCOO offers the market a useful and sophisticated solution enabling the best possible and understandable results at all times. All data and information entered into the system correspond to the original manufacturer specifications, and are available in several different languages.

AuDaConCOO data is provided in clear and convenient tables.

A comprehensive cost overview...

With AuDaConCOO, data and information on service and maintenance are automatically incorporated into the calculations:

• Spare parts
• Materials
• Wear repairs
• Tyre costs

Cumulative values are provided in a “compact” version for the purposes of overview calculations. The full system offers detailed listings for an exact analysis.

In addition to availability via an online user interface and provision of raw data, e.g. the “compact data package”, AuDaConCOO also provides the relevant cost items in the form of matrix. The vehicle life (X-axis) is considered in relation to the mileage (Y-axis). The user can therefore establish the costs incurred to date according to manufacturers’ specifications at any required mileage or time intervals. Additional wear and maintenance costs can also be included in the calculation.

In addition to the “stand-alone solution” for the maintenance and service area, AuDaConCOO is also available in a version which also takes into account the following aspects:

AuDaConCOO is also capable of comparing the values of different manufacturers with each other.

The TCO system is accessed by means of an online user interface.

AuDaCon AG is co-operating with this system variant with its system partners JATO Dynamics and Bähr & Fess Forecasts.

Users therefore obtain a sophisticated solution from a single source, and no longer need several service-providers in order to produce conclusive TCO calculations and comparisons.
