About us

The AuDaCon AG is distributor of data and information and it offers system solutions for the automotive industry and provides manifold other services and know-how.

AuDaCon products are not subject to local restrictions and are present in many European countries. At the same time AuDaCon with its 80 employees processes solely data and information from the vehicle and parts industry and serves the passenger car as well as the light commercial vehicle and commercial vehicle segment. Currently the system is available in 15 languages.

A core competence of AuDaCon is the supply of the after sales market with qualified technical data and repair information. Resulting from this easy to use and high-quality information products are developed, in many cases directly under the brand name of the customer. The spectrum of the products ranges from workshop information systems to ready to use system solutions for the manufacturing industry.

The demand for high quality is reflected e.g. in the reception of the Innovation Award for the information system AuDaConAIS on the occasion of the Automechanika in Frankfurt 2006. AuDaCon AG received this award on its first appearance on the largest trade fair for the automotive after market, ahead of a multitude of well-known companies. AuDaConAIS, the data and information system for the automotive industry is available in an on- and offline version. With a market penetration of 25.000 licences AuDaCon is the market leader in the German automotive service market and also present in numerous foreign markets.

AuDaCon AG is a European-wide operating information specialist for the automotive industry. AuDaCon Ag offers competent system solution on highest quality standards for the automobile and spare parts industry, service companies, fleets, insurances, credit grantors and lessors.

Securing the customer-oriented high quality standards for products and services is a main foundation for the development of long-term customer loyalty. To clarify this AuDaCon has certified its quality management in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. During this certification process different areas in a company are inspected. This includes besides the business principles and the document management the question how operating instructions are handled, kept up-to-date and implemented. Furthermore the use of resources and the error prevention is examined. Customer orientation and customer satisfaction are further important points of the certification process. By means of these results the operating processes are examined yearly by an independent auditor.
